Description

Level 1 - Required CCMT program

Level 2 - CCT foundational modules

Level 3 - 2 choices of CCT modalities to get the certification

CCP is designed to train caring professionals and educators.

CCT is informed by contemplative creative approaches and methodologies to train and transform the body, speech, and mind. It draws from several traditions that span thousands of years, from the earliest Buddhist Dharma practices of ancient India to present-day scientific research.

The intention behind CCT is to support the processes of healing, empowerment, and transformation while working with every aspect of an individual- psychologically, psychically, spiritually, energetically, socially, and environmentally. In CCT a practitioner recognizes the interwoven connection between these aspects of an individual and works in a contemplative creative integrative way to enhance self-awareness and well-being. Modalities taught within this program aim to identify client’s strengths and increase their personal resources and resilience for sustained wellbeing.
