A Live online course with lectures, contemplative creative practices and meditations.
Contemplative Photo Collage (CPC)
CPC is a method and technique using both physical and virtual collage to observe functions
and processes of the embodied mind. Learn to identify associations and projections.
This online course will unfold in seven modules. This course is mainly theoretical, with some meditations and contemplative creative practices.
This course offers the unique opportunity to:
Explore how we perceive and make sense of conventional reality.
Learn functions to how the embodied system internalizes stimuli and analyzes and processes forms of information.
Discover what forms of information the embodied mind receives and how it works with mental information and makes sense by formulating signs and symbols.
Investigate self-construct and conditioning and its impact on the ego and the self.
Participants in this course will continue the contemplation of their experience of being:
Now that we have started the embodied mind training with the fundamental contemplation and meditation on reality, we can begin to investigate and practice appearance, perception, and true perception. How do we see and look at reality? Is it really what is happening?
We will look at how our culture and society construct and condition the self and our environment and how we can learn to free ourselves from this conditioning to choose how we want to live our life with a new sense of self, new values, and in our relationship with others, other beings, and the planet.
This Course Includes:
Live six-day modules on ZOOM.
Twelve hours of education and practice.
Course reading list and resources.
Letter of completion (if needed).
