Contemplative Creative Therapy (CCT)

Contemplative Creative Therapy (CCT) is an active, collaborative, integrative, non-pathologizing, psycho-bio-somatic-spiritual approach that brings together contemporary psychotherapy, contemplative science, Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, compassion training, embodied awareness, and creative practices. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, CCT supports cultivating awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, insight, meaning, and compassionate action. The model recognizes the interconnected nature of body, mind, emotions, relationships, creativity, and the human search for meaning.

All courses, workshops, and programs at The Lojong Center for Contemplative Creative Science are grounded in the Contemplative Creative Therapy (CCT) framework, providing a consistent integrative psycho-bio-somatic-spiritual foundation across all learning experiences.
