About The Course
This course will provide you with a toolkit of contemplative creative practices informed by the latest scientific research on contemplative science and both traditional and modern Buddhist meditation practices. Each week you will receive new creative contemplative experiences to deepen your practice and cultivate greater clarity, calmness, and wellbeing.
Each module will guide you in understanding the content and processes of your mind, and then explore how you can choose what mind patterns and habits you want to cultivate, and which ones you want to abandon.
What you will learn
Learn how visual forms, signs and symbols impact your inner narrative
Practice using visual form to achieve clarity
Use contemplative creative practices to help achieve calmness and well-being
Learn how Buddhism has led to Western contemplative practices
This course is open to the public interested to learn more about Buddhist psychology, perception, and contemplative creative practices to train the embodied mind.
*No artistic or meditation experience is needed to attend this course.

This is not a substitute for professional training in Buddhist History, Buddhist Psychology and Buddhist Philosophy, Yoga and Ayurveda practices, or any mental health professions and creative art therapies.
