This is the recording from the live-stream course held from November 04th to 25th, 2021 with the Mindful Society Global Institute

This course will provide a toolkit of contemplative creative practices informed by the latest scientific research on contemplative science and traditional and modern Buddhist meditation practices. Each week, you will receive new creative contemplative experiences to deepen your practice and cultivate greater clarity, calmness, and well-being.

 

This course offers the unique opportunity to:

​This 4-module on-demand course provides you with insights and practices to use forms, signs and symbols to train an open, clear and flexible mind. You will learn about contemplative creative practices, how to apply these practices in your work and life, and gain access to guided audio mindfulness practices, scripts and a digital resource library.

Each module will guide you in understanding the content and processes of your mind and then explore how you can choose what mind patterns and habits you want to cultivate and which ones you want to abandon.
