About The Course
This course will provide you with a toolkit of contemplative creative practices informed by the latest scientific research on contemplative science and both traditional and modern Buddhist meditation practices. Each week you will receive new creative contemplative experiences to deepen your practice and cultivate greater clarity, calmness, and wellbeing.
Each module will guide you in understanding the content and processes of your mind, and then explore how you can choose what mind patterns and habits you want to cultivate, and which ones you want to abandon.

This course is open to the public interested to learn more about Buddhist psychology, perception, and contemplative creative practices to train the embodied mind.
