A 4-Week Online Course

About the Course

This 4-module online course is the first course presented as part of the Contemplative Creative Embodied Mind (CCEM) training. To train the embodied mind, we start by asking questions such as: What is Reality? Let's take some space and contemplate what this mean by looking at definitions from East and Western traditions, using the framework of the "Four True Realities" and investigating it through meditation and contemplative creative practices.
